Expressive Writing Workshops

Writing has been shown to have emotional and physiological benefits to those dealing with life-threatening or chronic conditions, hardship, or trauma. In these workshops, an expert facilitator hosts a small group and, guided by prompts, participants write, reflect, learn and share. Details
