As the size and impact of the TRANSFORM HF network continues to grow, we are excited to invite all members to our first in-person networking event! At our NODE event, clinicians, investigators, trainees, people with lived heart failure experience, and industry representatives will come together to (re)connect, explore opportunities for collaboration, and accelerate the pace of digital innovations for heart failure care. 

The event will kick off with a Fireside Chat on the present and future landscape of digital health, featuring Dr. Sacha Bhatia (Executive Lead, Population Health and Value-based Health Systems, at Ontario Health) and our own Dr. Heather Ross.  

Drawing from their respective mix of clinical, operational, health system, and research leadership Drs. Bhatia and Ross will explore the possibilities of digital health and how digital solutions can drive health equity in Ontario.
