The Ted Rogers Centre will hold its fifth annual international symposium on heart failure virtually for the first time on Dec. 4th and 5th. What has grown to become Canada’s largest conference on heart failure blends important, emerging scientific and clinical innovations.
Over two days, 19 experts across a range of disciplines will explore key subjects and challenges as it relates to heart failure, one of the world’s most impactful diseases. This includes our featured speakers, Richard Lee and John A. Rogers from Harvard University and Northwestern University, respectively.
On Saturday, December 5th, we will hold a symposium for primary care practitioners who manage patients with heart failure, covering a range of key topics from telemonitoring to genomics to diabetes medications to delivering guidelines-based care in a family medicine setting. Please note that we are seeking Mainpro® accreditation for this program.
There is no registration fee for the program.
